All products are shipped ExWorks Oh, Oh Organic, Inc., Warehouse, Richmond, CA 94804 unless otherwise stated. Sales are pre-paid or 30 days net on approved credit. RETURNS must be approved in writing by Oh, Oh Organic and accomplished within 7 working days of receipt. Damage must be documented with photos. Please let us know if any products are not received in good order. We will do all possible to expedite a solution.
