Care for the people, the land and the final products. Organic Rose of May Hydrosol is made from Rosa Centifolia, one of the two roses they grow, developed in the 1600s by Dutch breeders. "Centifolia" refers to "100 petals" - so this is a very full rose and it grows all over the world. Rose of May or Rosa Centifolia Hydrosol or floral water, is an elegant ingredient that has been used for centuries.

Characteristics

PhytoProd grows and produces this beautiful botanical rose floral water. The blossoms are hand harvested by local women and then gently steam distilled to produce the floral water. The aroma is milder than the traditional rose damascena and is perfect for topical cosmetic applications.
