Honey is a naturally stable ingredient. This honey has an aerobic plate count under 300 and is non-irradiated. This Organic Manuka Honey Blend may take on a semi-solid crystallized state due to its high sugar content, but this does not affect the quality of the honey. You can gently warm the liquid to return it to a liquid state. This natural ingredient consists primarily of simple sugars (fructose and glucose) as well as organic acids, enzymes and solid particles derived from nectar collection by bees.
