Buriti Oil is wild-crafted near the mouth of the Amazon in Brazil and shipped to us by a brilliant fellow who has dedicated his life to supporting local, indigenous communities. Buriti is a palm type tree native to Brazil. This oil is is a deep, rich red color, high in beta-carotene.

This dark orange-red oil will add color to your formulas. It is a deeply emollient oil with a natural aroma. A little goes a long way!

Buriti Oil is an excellent source of beta carotene - the precursor to Vitamin A and eventually of the natural retinol produced by your skin.
